Terms and Conditions

Group Terms and Conditions

We offer group classes once a week, designed to provide a supportive and consistent learning experience. Each group will have the same tutor every week, ensuring continuity and the opportunity to build strong learning relationships.

In rare and unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), we reserve the right to change the tutor to ensure the smooth running of the programme. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you in advance, however the content and its delivery method will remain the same.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline our policies regarding refunds, attendance, behaviour, safeguarding, and communication.
