Terms and Conditions

Group Terms and Conditions

We offer group classes once a week, designed to provide a supportive and consistent learning experience. Each group will have the same tutor every week, ensuring continuity and the opportunity to build strong learning relationships.

In rare and unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), we reserve the right to change the tutor to ensure the smooth running of the programme. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you in advance, however the content and its delivery method will remain the same.

Private Session Terms and Conditions

Private sessions are one-to-one sessions available in two formats: Regular packages and One-Off sessions.

Regular packages are booked on a weekly basis for the duration of a term, at a fixed day and time. If a half-term holiday falls within the term, sessions will pause and resume after the break.

One-Off sessions are booked individually, subject to tutor availability. One-Off sessions can be booked within a limited time window into the future. During specific periods such as school holidays, we may allow bookings further in advance at our discretion.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline our policies regarding payment, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Grace Period

Regular Packages: You have a 2-session grace period at the beginning of each package to evaluate whether the sessions are suitable. If you wish to withdraw, you must notify us before the third session takes place. A refund will be provided for all remaining sessions; sessions already attended will not be refunded.

The grace period does not apply to One-Off sessions.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Without proper notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Regular Packages: One (1) session per term may be rescheduled, provided 48 hours' notice is given. The rescheduled session must take place within the same term and cannot be carried over to future terms. Any additional cancellations beyond this one (1) rescheduled session per term will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of notice given.

One-Off Sessions: If cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice, we will first look to reschedule the session with your tutor at an alternative time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. If cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, no refund will be provided.

3. Refunds

For Regular packages, refunds will not be issued for missed or unused sessions, except during the grace period outlined in Section 2.

For One-Off sessions, refunds are only available as set out in Section 2.

Exceptions may be made for extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of management.

4. Discounts

Regular Packages: A 15% discount applies when booking five (5) or more sessions as part of the same package. Full payment at the time of booking is required to qualify for this discount.

One-Off Sessions: Discounts do not apply to One-Off sessions.

5. Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a session, we will make every effort to reschedule it with your current tutor. If this is not possible, we will arrange for another tutor of equal or higher experience. If we are unable to reschedule the session with your current, or an alternative tutor,  a one-off, full refund for that session will be provided .

6. Transferability and Expiry

Regular Packages: Sessions are valid only within the current term. Sessions are non-transferable to another person or group.

One-Off Sessions: Sessions cannot be transferred to another person and must be used as booked.

7. Agreement

By purchasing a session package (Regular or One-Off), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
